Substitute teacher Faysal Shafaat became the latest houseguest to be evicted from the Big Brother house on Thursday night, becoming the fourth member of the jury. But did he return thanks to the battle back competition?

Thursday’s episode picked up with Haleigh up against Faysal for the eviction. With it becoming obvious that Fessy was going home, Haleigh did her best to integrate with the other side of the house in hopes to boost her chances of staying the following week.

After some filler, we finally got to the eviction. Fessy’s speech was the last ditch effort to throw some dirt on Angela on his way out but it was to no avail as he was evicted with a 4-1 vote, with Sam being the lone vote to keep him.

Following his exit, he told host Julie Chen he wanted to throw some doubt on Angela because she is sitting in a good standing inside the house.

“She (Angela) was sitting pretty in the house,” he said. “I wanted to stir it up a little so maybe they take a shot at her.”

Julie hinted at the Battle Back when she asked Fessy if he’d do anything differently if he had a chance to go back in.

Scottie Salton wins Jury Battle Back on Big Brother.

“I wouldn’t do too much different,” he replied. “I don’t have any regrets.”

Julie then informed the houseguests about the Battle Back but told them they would not be able to watch the competition. They would only learn of the winner when they re-entered the house.

At the Battle Back comp Bayleigh, Rockstar, Scottie, and Faysal all competed for the chance to get back into the game. Scottie put all four balls into his tube and rang the buzzer and won the competition to re-enter the house.

Following the competition, Scottie joined Julie on stage and she asked him what is strategy is when he re-enters the house.

“I was planning on getting back with him (Faysal) and Haleigh,” he said. “Now that he is gone, I’m probably going to have to try to get back with Tyler.”
