Houseguests have a ‘Whale of a Time’ during the latest HoH competition

This week saw the first endurance Head of Household competition of the season, with houseguests holding on for their lives during the “Whale of a time” HoH competition.

Before the house participated in the latest competition, Julie announced that the teams twist that started on day 1 was now officially over – as is the Wildcard competition. Instead, it will be every houseguest for themselves from here on out.

For the endurance competition, houseguests had to hold on to the side of a boat at sea. The last houseguest standing would win the competition and become this weeks Head of Household.

Derek F became the first housemate to fall, followed by Claire approximately 30 minutes later.

Derek was ultimately the final houseguest standing and became the new HoH.

At the nomination ceremony, Derek X named Britini and Sarah Beth as his nominations, explaining to the house that they were his best nominations for his personal game and that he needed to maintain the trust that he has built up in the house.
