Brandi Glanville evicted fifth from Celebrity Big Brother US

Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville became the fifth celebrity to get the boot from the Celebrity Big Brother US house in the show’s live double eviction on Friday.

Friday’s live episode saw the Power of Veto competition play out, won by nominee Ariadna Gutierrez.

Ari left no doubt she was using it, forcing Head of Household Mark McGrath to put Marissa on the chopping block as a replacement.

During their final pleas, Brandi and Marissa made their pitches, but both seeming to know the outcome. Brandi was evicted by a 3-1 vote, with Ari the only vote to keep her.

Speaking to host Julie Chen following the eviction, Brandi was asked if she felt betrayed: “Well it makes me sad to know Ross betrayed me and stabbed me in the back. We had a final two [deal] on the second day. When it came down to me and Marissa, I thought he would choose me.”

However, despite Brandi saying she wants Ari to win and Ari giving her a vote to say, the Real Housewife was not so quick to say she would’ve taken her to the end.

” I don’t know,” she said. “I want Ari to win this whole thing, but I know I wouldn’t win sitting next to Ari.”

The conversation turned to Brandi’s relationship in the house with James Maslow and their constant disagreements.

“I found him to be arrogant and cocky,” she told Julie. “I found his arrogance to be really annoying.”

Celebrity Big Brother US airs its season finale on Sunday night at 8/7c on CBS.
